Payment

Payment is required to secure a position on any training course. Payment can be by direct bank deposit or by cheque to "Expert Witness Institute of Australia."
Tax invoices which will comply with the GST legislation, will be issued for all enrolments. The amount of GST will be separately identified on all tax invoices.

Replacements / Cancellations

Participants unable to attend their scheduled course may send a substitute without notice.
Participants unable to attend their scheduled course and who are unable to send a substitute are required to provide at least 5 working day's notice. In such cases a full refund will be provided.
Withdrawal from any course within 5 working days of its scheduled start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the courts cost.
Failure to show up on the day of the course will result in forfeiture of the full course fee. The Expert Witness Institute of Australia reserves the right to cancel a course if less than 6 participants are enrolled or if necessitated by other circumstances. In such circumstances, places on alternative courses will be offered or a full refund will be made of fees already paid for the course.
The Expert Witness Institute of Australia accepts no Liability for non-refundable travel expenses in the case of a course cancellation.
